The role:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack systems.
Mentor and support junior developers, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and propose effective solutions.
Work Ratio: 70% Development | 30% Project Management
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Data Science with a very good GPA.
3 - 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong knowledge in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Golang, or TypeScript.
Experience designing real-world production systems.
Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others.
Interest or experience in AI and emerging technologies.
Analytical, fast learner, adaptable, and team-oriented.
