Support Engineer (Wireless and RF Products)
Our client is a global technology organization specializing in wireless network solutions and supporting Telecoms and Enterprise clients around the world.
The Role
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for wireless and RF measurement platforms used by telecom customers.
Analyze RF/network performance data and collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues.
Support customer onboarding, demonstrations, and live deployments, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE and 5G NR.
Proficient in analyzing RF KPIs, logs, and performance metrics.
Comfortable working with Linux and Windows systems.
Excellent communication skills in English, with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-focused, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
