The role:
Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
Coordinate between business and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Solve problems quickly, manage multiple priorities, and keep the team motivated.
Work Ratio: 60% Project Management | 40% Development
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Data Science with a very good GPA.
2 - 4 years of experience in software development or project coordination.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Skilled in React.js, Node.js, or TypeScript (or similar modern stack).
Strong analytical and business-thinking mindset.
Interest or knowledge in AI is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
