Asst. IT Operations Manager
Our client is a Bangkok-based regional business and has an operational presence in 15 countries globally. They are the partner of choice for leading automotive, equipment, services and food brands in Southeast Asia and beyond.
The role:
Support the management of all aspects of IT Infrastructure, including strategic planning, budgeting, policy development, risk management, asset management, network design, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement
Ensure high performance and compliance with industry standards, overseeing in excess of 2,500 users
About you:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 7 years experience including at least 3 years managing a team in an IT environment
Solid background in Microsoft platform technologies: Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory
Good experience with relevant IT systems including Firewalls, Virtualization (Hyper-V), Email, Backups, Service Desk, etc; any experience with Exchange is an advantage
Proficiency in Office 365 Services
Experience with ITIL practices and certification in IT Service Management
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a teams
Resident in Thailand with good languages skills in both Thai and English
