Job Description
Our client, is one of the leading OIC licensed insurance brokers with a high western standard based in Bangkok, has an opportunity for a talented Project Coordinator.
The role:
- Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions
- Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents
- Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time
- Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed
- Assist in project design and development activities
About you:
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roles
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Has an ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Experience in either the insurance or financial services industries is a plus
- Good command of English
